Checkmate Grant Pro collects information you provide when creating an account, building an organization profile, searching for grants, requesting a service, or contacting support. This may include your name, organization, email, phone number, mission, budget, grant needs, and documents or application information you choose to provide.

How information is used

We use information to provide grant searches and writing tools, manage memberships, deliver requested services, process payments through our payment provider, communicate with you, and protect the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers needed to operate the platform, process payments, send communications, or complete a service you request. Public grant information may come from government and nonprofit databases.

Security and retention

We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Some workspace information may be stored in your browser on the device you use. Do not enter Social Security numbers into general profile or chat fields.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by emailing sanford@checkmatecommunitytx.org.
