Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

You may request cancellation before the next renewal to prevent future charges. Access continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Done-for-you services

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Refund eligibility depends on how much work has already been completed and whether government or third-party fees have already been paid. Fees already paid to a government agency or third party may be nonrefundable.

Grant outcomes

A denied or unsuccessful grant application does not by itself qualify for a refund because grant awards are controlled by independent funders and are never guaranteed.

Billing questions

Email sanford@checkmatecommunitytx.org with the purchaser’s name, email, service, and payment date. Do not email passwords or sensitive identification numbers.
