Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all generated content, confirming eligibility and deadlines on the funder’s official website, providing truthful information, and approving an application before submission. AI-generated drafts may contain errors or require revision.
Government websites
Government grant searches and applications are available free on official government websites. Any Checkmate Grant Pro fee is for software or optional assistance—not for access to government funds.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your password private. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading applications, or interfere with other users.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Features and reasonable usage limits are described on the pricing page. Contact support for billing help.
